It featured modern appliances, including a fully functional kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. The location was convenient, close to the city centre and public transport stops. Free parking was available on-site, and the building offered additional facilities such as coffee and vending machines. The bathroom included hot water from the boiler upon arrival and even a washing machine for guest use.
