The apartment was very clean and spacious, equipped with all necessary utilities. It featured private parking and a terrace that provided a relaxing spot. The location allowed for a peaceful 15-20 minute walk along the river to the city center. Easy access to the Autobahn was available, and nearby public transport connected to the town center. A supermarket was situated just around the corner.
