The room was nice with a little balcony and the kitchen was perfectly equipped, while the location was great next to the train station and center but quiet enough for sleep. The check-in process was confusing with no one answering calls, so contacting guests in advance via WhatsApp would help, and luggage could not be stored before check-in time. The shared bathroom cleanliness needed attention as it was dirty and had a faulty lock that trapped a guest inside.
