It featured practical amenities such as air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The location was convenient, close to the city center and next to a Lidl supermarket. Free parking was available directly in front of the building. The space was renovated from a commercial area and included comfortable sleeping arrangements for families.
