The location was quiet and surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful suburban setting. The apartment was compact but clean and well equipped for a short stay. Parking was easy, and the kitchen and bathroom were comfortable. A bus stop about 1 km away provided direct access to Tivoli Park and the main bus station.
