Communication with Tom was swift and friendly, and his instructions were really clear with detailed arrival guidance. The apartment was very clean, cosy, bright, and fully equipped with a kitchen that had drinks in the fridge and a good shower. Parking was available inside the courtyard, allowing early car drop-off before check-in. The location was quiet near Tivoli Park with about a 15-minute walk to Ljubljana city center through the park.
