The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood near Tivoli Park and within walking distance of the city center. It featured excellent amenities including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and heating suitable for winter. Private parking was available right at the door. The kitchen was fully equipped except for basic ingredients like oil or sugar. A bus stop with frequent service was also nearby.
