The property is very well kept with excellent soundproofing and large windows offering great views. Convenient lift access connects directly to an underground parking garage with reserved spots. Located near the railway and bus stations, the neighborhood features supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and charging stations within walking distance. A park lies nearby along with easy access to city bikes for exploring Ljubljana’s center about 1.5 km away.
